Kim Jennings

Kim Jennings, Director of Human Resources. Kim holds her certification as a Professional in Human Resources, with over 21 years of experience and demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of HR practices, payroll and benefits. Kim started her career at Commonwealth Hotels in the Accounts Payable department and through hard work, dedication and a drive to further her career within the company and make a difference in the lives of our associates has been rewarded the opportunities to work at some of our full service hotels with Hilton and Marriott, be an instrumental part of our Task Force, develop new benefit products for our associates and lead our very successful HR Team. Kim, along with the HR Team, provides support and resources to our hotels management staff and associates in the areas of: recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, training, benefits, worker’s compensation, compliance and unemployment.
